Sunnie Giles in Harvard Business Review studied 195 leaders in 15 countries over 30 global organizations, to discover the top leadership training skills needed by organizations. They discovered 15 major skills, and in the report, they grouped the top ones into five major themes that suggest a set of priorities for leaders and leadership development programs.
